Robin Goh, former Group Account Director at Publicis, has been appointed as the Managing Director of The Tomorrow Group's Singapore office. "Robin is a born B2B professional, and I am very happy to have him onboard," says Stefan Ronnquist, Group Managing Director of The Tomorrow Group. "Robin has serviced blue-chip clients like Hewlett Packard, Nokia, Visa and more than 30 tech and banking clients on a regional level, exactly the type of clients and assignments we focus on." The appointment follows Tomorrow's highly successful launch of SingPost's new DM division, DMrocket in Singapore. The campaign put DMrocket into the top-ten of DM agencies in the "Agency of the Year" award 2007. "B2B will come strongly in the region" "I have worked with B2B marketing all my life," says Robin Goh, "at MediaCorp and PCCW on the client side, and at Batey, Bates/141 Worldwide, and Publicis on the agency side. "There is a clear need of a B2B agency for telcos, hi-tech companies, industrials and professional service providers in insurance, banking and media in the region." "It's a big difference selling one hand phone or one insurance policy to a consumer and selling a total solution to a corporation with hundreds or thousands of employees," says Goh.
